PUFFY WHITE VEST

Puffy, white, full length white vest. The collar can either be a turtle neck when zipped all the way up or when not zipped the collar can be flipped open. There is a pocket on both sides. There are also drawstring like synchs on the inside so that you can make the bottom tighter if needed. 

Fabric content: 100% Nylon

Care instructions: hand wash cold or was with whites and lay flat to dry
